Ecorin is an antifungal medication used to treat skin infections such as athletes foot, jock itch, ringworm, and other fungal skin infections¹. Unfortunately, I could not find any detailed description of Ecorin tablets. However, there are two medications that are similar in name to "ecorin": Ecosprin and Ecotrin. Ecosprin is used to help prevent future heart attack and clot-related (ischemic) stroke, and is generally well-tolerated with minimum side effects¹. Ecotrin is a salicylate that is used to treat pain, reduce fever or inflammation, and is sometimes used to treat or prevent heart attacks, strokes, and chest pain (angina)³.
